Request for legal Assistance for the recovery of kidnapping ISSAC SAMSON S/O YUNUS SADIQ

Honorable Sir, Most humbly and respectfully, I submit the following few lines for your kind and sympathetic consideration for the safe recovery of my son. We have been repeatedly contacting the relevant authorities since 29th February’2012; however there has been no advancement in the case as yet. Referring to FIR # 27/012, dated 29/02/2012, under section 365/34, lodged at PS. Pakistan Bazar, Distt West- KARACHI, Investigation Officer Inspector Muhammad Ayub Pathan, by driver Mr. Nasir Masih informing that four gunmen abducted two of his colleagues at around 8:15am on 29/2/2012 near Islam Chowk,, while he was driving them to their workplace at Good Samaritan Hospital, A South Korean-Run Hospital located at Orangi Town Karachi. According to the witness, four armed men who were Pashtuns & driving a Toyota Corolla car stopped the van carrying my son, commanding the total four occupants to step out. The staff assuming it to be a car snatching case stepped out; they were cuffed and inquired as to ‘Who is a Korean among them? Since no foreigners were in the vehicle the staff’s reply was ‘None of us’, the van driver managed to flee and the remaining three staff members were bundled towards the kidnappers’ car. As there wasn’t enough space in the car, the kidnappers dropped one of the staff member Mr. Austin John a 30 yrs old male nurse who ran for safety behind the van, but took my & son & his colleague as hostages, namely Indrias Javed aged 38 yrs (?) and Issac Samson aged 26 yrs and fled.

Luckily one of the hostages Mr. Indrias Javed managed to flee from the abductions and returned back on 6th April 2012 as per Mr Indrias they were being transported to an unknown location in the truck when he jumped off near Tool Plaza Karachi and narrated the whole incident to the police. However as per the police and relevant authority there was no valuable information provided by Mr. Indrias, which could help in recovering my son Issac Samson who is now in captivity for more than 15 months.

We proceeded and filed a petition in the Honorable High Court of SINDH C.P.# 2220, on which the Honorable Court had constituted a (J.I.T) Joint Investigation Team who were working for recovering my son from the custody of the kidnappers. LAST HEARING OF THE CASE AND ORDER PASSED BY THE HONORABLE HIGH COURT OF SINDH, KARACHI NO14.02.2013 WHEREIN THE OPERATIVE PART OF THE ORDER IS UNDER: ”Let Mr. Ali Sher Jakhrani AIG (Legal) look into the matter and make efforts to trace out the whereabouts of the Issac Samson by seeking assistance from all law enforcing agencies and submit compliance report within two weeks. Petitioner is also directed to assist Mr. Ali Sher Jakhrani in this regard and furnish information or detail, if available relating to missing person Issac Samson.” The recovery was shown from P.S Gadap which is not clear that how he manage to save himself from the clutches of culprits. Indrias Javed is intentionally not co-operating with the investigations.

We beg to state that me and my wife both are in old age and due to the above are mentally very upset with deteriorating health day by day. We vulnerably are approaching your office with an appeal to kindly intervene and follow-up on the below case for the safe recovery of my son. Thank You,
